3. Service Agreement

By purchasing our services, you confirm that:

  • You are of legal age or otherwise legally authorized to enter into a contract;
  • The information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date;
  • You are legally allowed to share the personal data you submit, whether it belongs to you or to a third party (e.g., a minor under your legal guardianship).

4. Payment Methods

We accept multiple payment options as displayed on our website and payment page. Please do not attempt to use unsupported methods—any resulting loss will be your responsibility.

You confirm that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used. In cases of fraud, we reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement and the rightful account holder.

All payments are subject to authorization by your financial institution. If your card is declined, expired, or blocked, we will not be able to provide our service.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Requests must be made within 30 days of payment.
  • A full refund is available if your application has not yet been submitted to the relevant government agency.
  • If the application has already been approved, you may qualify for a partial refund.
  • If the application is denied, you may be eligible for a full refund under our service guarantee.
  • Government fees are non-refundable.
  • Fees for additional services are also non-refundable.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 72 hours and may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.

6. Cancellations and Right of Withdrawal

Since our services involve the immediate personalization of documents (based on the applicant’s data), the right of withdrawal granted for general products does not apply.

However, cancellation may be requested if the final document has not been issued and the application has not been submitted. We reserve the right to approve or deny such requests depending on the processing stage.

We may also cancel the service if:

  • You submit false or incomplete information;
  • You fail to follow required instructions;
  • You do not respond to our communications;
  • You violate any of the terms outlined in this agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Final decisions made by government authorities regarding your application;
  • Delays in the issuance of electronic travel documents;
  • Denied boarding or entry by immigration officers;
  • Mistakes in your application resulting from incorrect data you provided;
  • Minors accessing our website without proper authorization;
  • Unauthorized use of your personal data by third parties.

8. Payment Data Security

Your card details are transmitted securely via an encrypted connection directly to our payment processor. We do not access or store any credit card data.
